The Cuvée Réservée Demi Sec is characterized by its lively bubbles rising through a pale yellow coloured wine. A nose of white fruits: green apples, pears, quinces combine notes of brioche while the taste is suave which retains the fresh liveliness of Chenin and Chardonnay. An appetizing freshness is expressed, without any extravagance with citrus notes.
